Lydia finished the season with 12 shots in 2008, striking three times against Cal State Bakersfield in Pacific's 2-1 win on Oct. 26. On three separate occasions, Lydia took two shots per game at Stanford (Aug. 24), at UC Irvine (Oct. 3) and against UC Riverside (Oct. 12), when the Tigers dominated the Highlanders by a final score of 4-1.<b>2007 (Sophmore):</b><br>Playing in 11 games for the Tigers during her sophomore campaign, Lydia took two shots on the offensive end. For the season, Jackson took one shot against Valparaiso on Sept. 21 and one shot against Cal State Northridge on Oct. 7.<b>2006 (Freshman):</b><br>In her first season in the Orange and Black, Lydia saw limited action for the Tigers as she played in 10 contests. Despite the sparse minutes, Jackson came on strong for the Tigers late in the season as she played in the final six games of the conference season. Lydia notched her first collegiate goal in the Tigers' 2-1 win over UC Riverside on Oct. 8, heading in the game-winner for the Tigers in the 105th minute of overtime. In all, Lydia took four shots for the Tigers on the season.<b>High School:</b><br>Lydia graduated from Valhalla High School in El Cajon, Calif., where she was a two-sport athlete, earning three letters in golf and four letters in soccer. A standout in both sports, Jackson earned All-Grossmont League First Team honors in golf during her junior season and in soccer during her senior season. Up front for the Norsemen on the soccer field, Lydia guided Valhalla to one CIF Championship, winning the title in 2004.<b>Club Team:</b><br>Jackson played for the FC Bratz during her club career prior to coming to Pacific.<b>Personal:</b><br>Born in San Diego, Calif., she is the daughter of Irene and Robert Jackson. Lydia has one older sister, Vanessa. She plans to graduate with a degree in international studies.
